The business emerged from the coach’s journey through education, sport, and leadership—working as a teacher, coach, manager, and administrator across high-performance settings. Over more than three decades, he witnessed the power of strong leadership and aligned teams. He saw that real growth and lasting resilience come when individuals understand themselves, connect meaningfully with others, and operate in environments that promote well-being and performance.
Authentic Leaders combines practical experience with proven tools to support individuals and teams. Through leadership coaching, team workshops, and culture reviews, the focus is always on creating meaningful and lasting impact.
